Summer Reading Program 2022

June 13 - July 30

Something for Everyone

All ages, infant through adult, can enjoy this year’s summer reading program and its theme Oceans of Possibilities.  Join us for programming involving ocean animals and ocean conservation and also fantasy and fun!  Stop in for more information!
Tiny Tales (ages 0-4)

Let’s excite our non-readers to develop a love of books and listening to stories.  This program focuses on five literacy themes: read, sing, talk, write, and play.

Complete the weekly reading and fun activities, then stop by the library to receive coupons, incentives and check out more books.

Available in-person at the library or electronically using Beanstack.

Register here:

Teens (ages 12-18)

Level up with Beanstack this summer! Log the pages you read, and when you reach a goal, stop in to the library and receive a book or a chance to win the raffle.  Choose your genre, choose your reading spot, and enjoy!

Register using the Beanstack button.

Kid Tales (ages 5-11)

Let’s excite and encourage children to continue reading during the summer months.  This will help to maintain or improve their developing reading abilities.

Kids complete the weekly reading, then stop by the library to receive raffle tickets, coupons, incentives, and of course, more books!

Available in-person at the library or electronically using Beanstack.

Register here:

Adults (ages 18 and up)

Read both fiction and non-fiction books about animals this summer. Log your books in Beanstack and the person logging the most will win a prize! You may also write book reviews of these titles (of at least 100 words) in Beanstack to earn credit.

Register using the Beanstack button.
