Meet Your Adult Services Librarian!
Sarah Thompson
Contact: sthompson@townhall.lib.wi.us
Sarah is a lifelong lover of literature and libraries. After earning a master’s degree in English from Marquette University, she spent nearly a decade teaching at the University of South Carolina before deciding to return to her home state of Wisconsin. She’s currently working on her Masters of Library and Information Science.
“I love knowing that my work helps others, so being an adult services librarian fits me beautifully.”
Fun Fact: She tends to enjoy works written in other eras, such as the novels of Jane Austen or Agatha Christie. According to Sarah, “Never underestimate a book on your library shelf just because it’s “old”!”
